best things that helped me were anything that killed acne bacteria, so clindamycin RX and benzoyl peroxide (Panoxyl face wash or a BP gel). Clindamycin was amazing, but I couldn’t be on it for too long because it’s an antibiotic and my acne eventually returned after a few months

my face & neck. Lasers are the only thing that helped. Also simplifying your routine. My derm had me use PanOxyl 4% creamy cleanser & it helps a lot too. Using a lot of products on your face to try to clear it will only make the acne more aggravated
